School Management System combines all the necessary management activities in a single package. The system has been divided into three sections namely Management, Accountant and Admin sections. Each section has its own tasks and the detailed explanation comes below.
The management section manages everything about the student registration, students information updates, managing the terms/semesters, managing alumni students information and also the safe keeping of dismissed students, just to mention a few
Accountant Section handles everything to do with financial transactions. the accountant can record payments made by the students, monitor their balances, generating payment receipts, generating payments report for a singly day or for a single term/semester as well as for the year. The accountant further keeps the record for some balances on alumni students and other students who are not available anymore. All the balances for last term/semester are always carried forward and appear together with the current balances.
Admin Section Doesn't interfere with the transactions, it only monitors what happening on the ground. As such, this account is held by the owner of the institution. the only power he has is that he can simply create new users, disable them, and change their statuses.
